• Oversee day-to-day aspects of 15 In-House Talent and Talent Relations such as Kevin Periera, Olivia Munn, Candace Bailey, Morgan Webb & Adam Sessler. including their daily schedules, bookings, weekly payments, negotiations, and keeping a master Talent Calendar. Meeting and casting for new talent as needed per project basis.
• Liaison between talent and show runners, public relations, network executives and departments, as well as talent managers and agents.
• Manage talent on daily live Attack of the Show and X-Play as well as on-site at network live events including E3, San Diego Comic-Con, Japan’s Ninja Warrior, and CES/AEE in Las Vegas.
• Reduced show budgets by negotiating lower rates with agents by nearly10% across the board

• Coordinate daily operation of a network’s Programming & Production Dept. including managing schedules, creating presentations, meeting with clients, pitches, maintaining expense accounting and budgets, rolling calls, and creative input on internal pilots.
• Prepare documents, Power Point decks, and research support as needed for SVP and the department.
