PRODUCTION MANAGER MAY 2013-AUGUST 2013
PM for the Feature Film “Eadweard”, based on the famous photographer Eadweard Muybridge (1800s). Worked exclusively with the Director and Producer to head up pre-production and production. Position included locking down multiple locations, hiring crew, renting equipment, organizing production and union paperwork, setting up production schedule, budget tracking, etc. On set duties included location manager/liason, transportation coor- dinator, accounting, setting up catering for crew, and maintaining overall day-to-day production needs/decisions.

CENTRAL PRODUCTION COORDINATOR JANUARY 2011-JANUARY 2013
For the upcoming feature length film “Mr. Peabody and Sherman,” and the short film “Rocky and Bullwinkle.” Documented creative direction and cataloged information from the artistic management. Organized multiple pro- duction calendars, event planning, budget and production documentation. Setting up and driving large videoconferencing/HPRG/interactive sessions with our cross-site teams. Worked with all levels of production including directors/producers/artists/production staff/etc. Coordination for offsite events, weekly travel arrange- ments, expense reports, and handled any HR needs for the crew.

Worked with Director/Producer Vanessa Roth (Academy Award Winner 2008, Best Short Documentary) to head up the New York based production of an Education Forum Charity Video for The Bill and Melinda Gates Founda- tion. Talent for the video included Meryl Streep, Stephen Colbert, America Ferrera, and Jon Hamm. Overall co- ordination included hiring all crew, setting up locations, booking travel, catering, and scheduling interviews with
talent and high school students/teachers. Additional responsibilities included: accounting and budgeting, re- search, media releases, call sheets, payroll, coordinating pre- and post-production, as well as being a PA on set.

PA duties for Director/Producer Cynthia Wade (Winner of the 2008 Academy Award for Best Short Documentary, “Freeheld”).
