Evan Seide is a New York City based designer who practices in many disciplines, primarily film, commercial and live theatre. Over his ten year career as an artist and designer, he has become known for varied and imaginative work in a variety of genre. His interests lie in the foundation practices of art, how they best apply to the story-telling aspect of his work, and the effects of creating a three dimensional space and its interaction with the human form.
Recent projects include the Production Design for “Kotex” a TV commercial, and Art Director for the feature film “Dark Was the Night” Directed by Jack Heller.
Evan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, holding a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Scenic Design and Technical theatre.
