I have many years of experience working as a construction carpenter in the film and television business in Toronto. This summer has been very busy for me. I work through IATSE 873. I have a complete set of tools. Carpentry is one of my skills. I have a machine shop and work with metal and other materials. When not working for the union I do construction type jobs including renovations. I am an expert at taping (working with plaster) and painting. I also have extensive knowledge and equipment to do electronics and electrical projects. I have always been good at mathematics and find my knowledge of geometry always comes in handy. Years ago I took a course in CNC machining and have worked as programmer -operator in cabinet shops. Last spring I took a course in robotics. I have thorough knowledge of computers and can program in many languages. Autocad has helped me solve many complicated construction problems and enabled me to bring projects in ahead of schedule and under budget.
