Port Alberni, Non-union, term contract
Starting at $350 – $450/day (based on 12 hours) negotiable based on experience

Reports directly to the Line Producer and supports all aspects of production operations across office and field.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee production logistics including travel, accommodations, transportation, schedules, call sheets, and itineraries for crew and talent
Anticipate and proactively resolve scheduling, staffing, and operational challenges
Manage field operations including company moves, location setup, on-set logistics, and production supplies
Ensure safety protocols are followed and support smooth daily execution while helping keep production on schedule
Manage Production Assistants, office support staff, and general crew needs
Support crew booking, hiring, payroll coordination, and administrative production needs
Maintain production reports, schedules, and operational tracking documents
Monitor spending and communicate unexpected costs to the Line Producer
Coordinate permits and support planning/execution of complex production days, special events, and large-scale shoots
Manage office operations, supplies, media movement, and other production deliverables as required
Requirements:
Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
BC resident, have lived in BC for at least one year
Experience in Production Office roles, managing or coordinating
Relevant credits on HGTV or similar documentary, reality, or factual TV series
Excellent communication skills, Written and spoken English
Laptop, Cell phone, Valid Driver’s License
Comfortable with Google Suite: drive, sheets, docs, calendar, gmail
Able to handle multiple changing priorities, diligent, resourceful, and attentive to details
Can handle a fast paced environment, with a positive and calm attitude
