We are seeking a director for a funded commercial R&D project. 15–20K CAD in funding is allocated, and the selected director will be brought in at the development stage and remain through production. The objective is a market-facing piece built to strengthen the portfolio in advance of market launch. We are not looking for someone to execute a brief. We are looking for a director with genuine creative authority who can be given room to work.
This engagement extends beyond the immediate project. We are actively building our roster, and this is part of that process. Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area or able to work locally. Portfolio is mandatory and will form the basis of any conversation.
