Paddle Battle is an OAC-funded comedy short film that follows Emily and her cheeky grandmother, Lucille, as they fight to get their pickleball court back after it is overtaken by fitness influencers. The film will be shot over May 2nd and 3rd, 2026, with May 9th and 10th being held for a rain weekend in case of inclement weather.
Liaba Nisar is looking for a Production Coordinator to assist mostly with keeping track of documents, updating cast/crew lists, and assisting with managing the email pile! This is a great team, with a Toronto-centric story filming in Trinity Bellwoods Park.
We are a low-budget production, and are able to offer a rate of $250/flat for the role. We understand this is a lower rate, so we’re happy to coordinate with the successful applicant to figure out how best to work the role around their lifestyle and other responsibilities.
