    We’re hiring a full-time Operations Producer at Our People Entertainment (OPE)!
    Do you live for the logistics of a perfect event? 🎪✨
    OPE seeks an experienced, adaptable, and forward-thinking full-time Operations Producer to play a key role in delivering memorable experiences and designing first-class venues for mission-driven clients and supporting our processes and culture as we grow. This full-time role will oversee company and project operations, including logistics, vendors, staffing, union relations, and warehousing in a fast-paced, creative environment.
    What you’ll be doing:
    The Operations Producer will lead and manage projects through all phases, from pre-production through execution and close-out, with a core focus on operational excellence. See below for responsibilities and job functions that can evolve and grow over the course of their tenure.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    5+ years of prior management experience in event operations/productions, project management or related fields.
    5+ years of leading diverse project teams of employees, contractors, vendors, and partners through strategies, logistics, scheduling, budget management and account management processes.
    Proven organization and time management skills in simultaneous, deadline-driven, and fast-paced environments.
    Thorough verbal and written communication skills.
    Proven experience in developing processes and tools that lead to more highly-performing individuals and teams.
    Proven ability to develop and execute solutions. Comfortable with occasional hands-on, physical work (able to lift and transport 25 lbs or more)
    Able to work full-time and occasionally on-site for projects as needed
    Able to occasionally work weekends and after-hours as event schedules require.
    Authorized to work in the U.S.
    Experience in entertainment production and/or other creative fields
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Bi-lingual and multi-lingual professionals are encouraged.
    Experience with custom fabrication and design for production processes including project management, subcontractor relations and management, materials proficiency, etc.
    Educational background in technical production, project management, business, communications, entertainment, or a related field, or equal trade experience encouraged.
    Compensation & Benefits:
    The Operations Producer will be salary-based with a starting range of $75,000-$90,000 annually commensurate with experience. Salaried employees are also awarded the following benefits:
