RTR Media is seeking a Talent Coordinator for a new food series for a major Canadian network.
We are currently looking for someone to help bring Episode 1 to life, with the potential to extend into the full season (13 episodes total).
Initial Contract Dates:
• Start: Monday, February 23
• Wrap: Friday, February 27
• Paid positionLocation(s):
• Toronto + GTA
• If an episode is far outside the GTA, accommodations will be provided.
Full Season Details (if extended):
• 13 episodes total
• Approx. 40–50 guaranteed shoot days across the contract, wrapping June 26
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience coordinating and wrangling on-camera talent for unscripted/reality TV
• Highly organized, proactive, and calm
• Strong communication skills
• Proven experience keeping talent happy throughout the shoot day
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable transporting talent as needed
