Looking for a talented Video Editor based in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area to join our team for a project. The role involves editing interviews and B-roll footage into engaging and cohesive stories.
Responsibilities:
Review and edit 1 hour of synced 2-camera interviews featuring 5 to 7 different individuals.
Craft a compelling narrative around the subject matter based on the interviews.
Find a soundtrack that would fit best to the tone of the video.
Integrate pre-selected B-roll footage to enhance the story and visual appeal.
Integrate pre-made lower thirds and logos.
Ensure the final edit is professional, polished and aligns with the project’s objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills.
Proficiency in video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
Access to your own editing equipment and software.
