Writers 1 year, 5 months ago The Very Useful Theatre Company is now accepting plays for their 8th annual Newmarket International Festival of one act plays Sept. 5 to 8 2024
Submissions date -December 1 2023 to January 31 2024
Plays can submitted through the submissions page on our website http://www.oneactplayfestival.com or by email at [email protected]
Plays submitted by email must include the following:
· Playwright’s name
· Title of the Play
· Playwright’s e-mail, phone and home address
· A brief synopsis of the play
· The number of actors
· List any specific casting requirements or if doubling actors is acceptable
· Solo Plays will be accepted
· Plays must be no more than 45 minutes or no less than 20 minutes
· List any props specific to your play
· Specify if your play has been published and where
· Specify if this will be a world premiere
· State any royalty for one performance only
· Stipulate your agreement to live-streamed and post your play online
· Submissions date Dec 1 2023 – January 31 2024.
