Regular Freelance work ON SET @ The1896, as needed. Bushwick neighborhood. Jefferson stop on L line. http://www.the1896.com. Occasional early mornings or late evenings. Availability weekends a plus. Hours vary weekly.
In search of Studio Assistants to interface with clients ON SET of TV shows, Commercials, Music Videos, Photoshoots and Events. Studio Assistant will be in charge of ensuring a smooth load in, contract applied correctly, load out and client needs during their shoot; while also protecting our spaces and making sure the client has a positive experience. In addition, Studio Assistant’s work on support projects for The 1896 (Social Media, Admin, Prop Rentals, Gen. Maintenance, Art Dept / Set Dress / Scenic etc.) between client needs and on additional days as needed.
Training/Onboarding period @ $20/hr. Once trained, hired regularly for freelance shifts @ $22 – $25/hr (*commensurate with experience).
