SYNOPSIS: In the grip of addiction and obsession, a young woman’s descent into darkness takes a horrifying turn as she spirals deeper into violence, driven by a belief in her own vampiric powers, blurring the line between supernatural terror and the chilling depths of her fractured mind.
CASTING
ROLE NAME: Sekhmet
AGE REQUIREMENT: 20-50 years old
RACE: African American/Native American/Asian/Middle Eastern, Female
CHARACTER DESCRIPTION: An ancient Egyptian goddess of Chaos and healing. Considered a bloodthirsty vampire demon to some. She visits Helen in the form of a religious solicitor who simply knocks on her door and asks for a moment of her time. After reading from the Bible Proverbs 30 of the Bible (Prov.
30:15).12] referring to the Alukah (biblical vampire creature: “blood-lusting monster”). Helen later believes Sekhmet came to help awaken her true self and take what is rightfully hers. Another take on this character is that she is simply a religious solicitor with no connection to any vampire deities and Helen is just misinterpreting what she’s saying to her. (Helen is hearing what she wants to hear).
PERSONALITY: Soft-spoken, polite, good natured religious person. There’s never any hint of evil or shady tendencies in her character.
