David Brotsky is looking for a modest furnished 4+ bedroom house to film in, within NYC, on a quiet street with few neighbors (perhaps end of a cul de sac) for 5-6 days, for the week commencing October 2nd. Small cast/crew of approx 10-20 people, total. This is for a small documentary series with a small budget, so I’m hoping to find either a furnished rental, and/or homeowners that are extremely film/budget friendly.
