In this full-time position, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the President and Executive Producer of Apartment 11 Productions, a Montreal-based producer of internationally top-rated programs for families, kids and adults including long- running series Mystery Hunters, Prank Patrol and Finding Stuff Out.
Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years previous experience in a senior administrative position. (Experience in a media production is an asset).
Fully bilingual Strong computer skills (i.e. MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Google Drive/Drop Box)
Comfortable with smart phone (calendar, mail, messaging)
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
