What worked for me is browsing the groups for job listings and then getting in touch with the people making those postings. i.e.. http://flickfolks.com/members/mstmorris/ or just use keywords in the search bix i.e.. producer …hope this tip helps as more jobs and projects get listed on this brand new website.

oh and clean up your City section on your profile I noticed. PM’s tend to search by keywords like city names and position I noticed. Good luck!
