CONCRETE Feature Film Project 10 years, 10 months ago My name is Tom Peeler, a film maker based out of Northeastern Pennsylvania. I’ve worn many hats in my film making career, with film experience ranging from production assistant work on reality TV shows to industry post-production work to independent writng and directing.
