My name is Brian Dueck, I am with a non profit film company called Dead Prairies Productions. In 2011 we launched the task of making a Zombie apocolypse film called Zombageddon. With hundreds of volunteers we pulled it off. We screened the film at Living Sky casino in Swift Current Sk and we reaised over 3000 dollars for the local humane society the SPCA. The following year we tried again, putting together a three in one horror film called Swift Nightmares and raising another couple thousand for the SPCA. We utilize volunteer actors extras and crew. As director/actor in the previous two films I have noticed our biggest issue in quality is audio-visual. We need a better camera and better audio, boom mikes, lapel mics etc. This year we are in the early stages of our next film. A mockumentary about Swift Current Saskatchewan’s Redneck Betties roller derby team. We hope we can again raise some money for charity in Swift Current. Is there an avennue for funding for the equipment we need. At this stage probably just a one time $2-3000 investment. We have already researched some equipment options on line
