Squishy the Seal 11 years, 4 months ago I’d love to help with this project in any way I can. My primary interest in the film/tv world is as a writer (with animation as my medium of choice), but I also have experience as a video editor and a PA. In the past I have written 2 11-minute episodes for a puppet TV series and a half-hour comedy spec that was a semifinalist in the 2013 Big Break Screenwriting competition. I also worked as a PA during the pilot shoot of the puppet series.
In addition, I have written/edited/directed and acted in a number of short “fan parody” redub projects, taking footage from an existing animated series and recutting it with new dialogue to spoof the original. I’m including a link to one such project (currently in 3 parts to meet Youtube length limits), “The Super Dimensional Fortress Macross: Did You Forget About Love?” a 35-minute spoof of the first 6 episodes of the 1982 anime series Macross, which was chosen to be screened at Otakon 2012’s Fan Parody Night and received positive reviews from attendees.
