@darrahca Actually its a mix between both; a social network and job postings (within the various groups here). In our case the site’s ‘open application” process within our own group thread allows our entire team to review candidates simultaneously. Not only has this simplified the way we review the many candidate submissions but also allows ourselves as well as our colleagues to stay in touch with qualified members for other upcoming projects as well. So you may apply once and get the benefit of being considered for other jobs and projects as well.
